Legal Growth was founded to give legal businesses access to honest, practical marketing advice. No lengthy contracts. No pushy sales approach. Just clear guidance based on your actual situation.
Tom Stansfield founded Legal Growth after more than a decade working in and around the legal sector. He saw legal businesses struggling with the same problem: they knew they needed better marketing but did not know where to start, who to trust or what was actually worth doing.
Legal Growth exists to change that. We work with law firms, estate planning businesses and legal service providers across England and Wales, providing flexible, practical marketing support built around what each business actually needs.
In 2025, Legal Growth became part of the TNT Group, a merger with IS3, the technology and strategy consultancy founded by Tom Findlay. The merger brings together Legal Growth’s marketing expertise with IS3’s technology and innovation capabilities, giving Legal Growth clients access to a broader range of strategic and technical support.
